Marco, our host, has engineered an ingenious high tech B&B!
Beyond the card key door lock, there are cool motion sensor light switches, easy to deploy.
Simple but elegant room design, comfortable bed, nice bath.
The rooms are located on a terrace above the street.
That evening Marco recommended we walk up to Grottammare Alta for dinner, where we enjoyed an excellent meal at Ristorante Pizzeria Papa Sisto.
The breakfast at Valle dell’Eden, was served outside on the astroturf covered terrazza, Marco makes great coffee! We had a good selection of items for an abundant and delicious breakfast!

Very recently renovated. The room was perfect and the property is very well located: close to everything but also quiet. The owners were in steady communication and were extremely helpful. I happened to meet them as I was checking out and they were extremely warm and friendly.

Stunning villa on a hill with amazing views of the surrounding countryside and a couple of medieval hill towns. Serene and comfortable. Loved the pool area, and relaxing under the covered patio. The sunsets from here are worth seeing. Breakfast was a delicious mix of savory and sweet. The room was spacious and airy with two large windows that open to the fresh breezes. One thing to note, I always search accommodations with Air Conditioning in my filter, especially in August. This property passed the filter because it is listed as having AC. However, the Family Suite, where we stayed does NOT have AC, only their other rooms do. Luckily, it was sufficient to have the windows open and the supplied fan. The kitchen is very well appointed and easy to prepare simple meals in. We loved our stay, our gracious hosts and especially our relaxed minds after two great days. Highly recommend!

The host was a one of a kind; welcoming, caring and above all talented! Roberto made sure that I had everything I needed and regardless of the time of my arrival at his b&b he was there to wait for me and treated me with sweets and a relaxing conversation after a long trip. His wife too seemed very sweet and caring and together they make a very beautiful and kind couple.
The whole b&b is filled with beautiful designs that Roberto made and he is very passionate to tell you all about them.
The room was spotless and comfortable and that leaves me no other option but to highly recommend it!
