There was so much to like about this place, but the main part was the lovely owner! She greeted us with the biggest smile, a big hug and a good tour of the property and all amenities. She made us feel very much at home in her charming place, and gave us recommendations for places to eat that evening nearby. Breakfast in the morning was incredible - the largest spread I've seen and plenty of choice. She even cooked us an omelette specially as she knew Brits liked eggs for breakfast! This was our favourite place from everywhere we stayed in Italy and we'd love to come back again one day. The town itself is lovely.

From the very beginning, Cizia was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pinocchio Park and with a great restaurant nearby.
Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options.
We would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended—1000%!

Mr Eddie was very kind and helped carry my luggage up the steps. Every morning he prepared an excellent cappucino and a brioche, toast, etc. He was always helpful and kind, offering good suggestions about restaurants and he knows the local area well. He showed me the room and explained everything , the teapot, the lamps, etc.

The B&B is located in a lovely old town in Tuscany. Very cozy, very cute town. Giulia and David did everything to make our stay perfect. The only thing they could not do for us is present better weather. We had dinner in the B&B twice and Giulia and David were more than welcome to help us anywhere we needed.
