Very lovely hosts Giovanna & Fabio who do their utmost best to give you an exceptional and comfortable stay! The house is very cosy and has comfortable beds to get a nice sleep at night. The breakfast was delicious without compromising on anything! The location is also very calm and close to Imola.

Awesome owner, great property, killer views. It's hidden and quiet, the outdoor space is very comfortable and spacious. The room was also spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely come back.

I was greeted by the hostess - who immediately saw that I was worn out from travel, and kindly offered me an espresso to fuel me through the rest of the day! She was great. Between my iffy Italian, and her more than passable English, she made for a wonderful greeting.

    The apartment was excellent - spacious, super clean and in a great location for exploring the area. Easy parking too. Breakfast was brilliant. We had a family emergency during our visit and Mauro and Barbara - our hosts- went above and beyond to support and help us. We cannot praise them highly enough.

    Very good value for money. It is close to the city center, easy to park, and close to playgrounds for kids. The host were very nice and reactive. They were waiting for us and the checkin was easy. Beds were comfortable and the place clean. I would definitely recommend for a stay in the region.

    We stayed for one night and were welcome to stay with our three dogs. Very tastefully renovated and spacious apartment with large balcony. Great location not far from the motorway in a quiet and rural setting.

    Really nice room with big comfy bed, everything was spotlessly clean, room was located in the center of old Dozza with private parking for its guests and now the best part - just next door you can find amazing trattoria to have traditional Toscan dinner
