The place is wonderful. Great value for the money. The rooms are big and clean with modern bathrooms. The view is breathtaking and the location is perfect if you have an event at the Palazzo del Capo. The breakfast is fantastic, home made crostata by lady Betta, fresh coffee and cappuccino and warm cornetti. The staff is the best - so friendly and nice that you arrive a stranger but you leave a friend. Our daughter adored them and we will be back for sure.

Well located, excellent host. Great value! Lovely little studio with a balcony. Well situated in Marina area close to restaurants, train station and beaches within walking distance. Host Marisa is attentive and an excellent communicator (used Google translate). Breakfast delivered in room with several options of sweets, cereal, yogurt and coffees

We loved the spacious courtyard as we were able to sit outside with our dog and enjoy the privacy and spaciousness. It was very convenient for parking and the location close to downtown but out of the hustle. The bathroom was spacious and renovated beautifully with a nice shower and plenty of space at the sink for getting ready. We had a small terrace off of our room and our host was very responsive and accommodating.

This place was so beautiful, spacious, private, and luxurious. We had a suite with a king bed and two singles, an adjoining room with kitchenette, full bathroom and walk out terrace overlooking the sea. The tile floors were clean and cool. The entry to the building is gorgeous, with large oak doors, stone and wood hallway and accent lighting. It was quite, and we slept to the sound of cool breezes and ocean surf. The staff was very kind, easy to contact, and very welcoming and gracious. Breakfast downstairs each morning, prepared personally by Teresa, who had the charm of a movie star.

Michele was so very accommodating. Anything we needed or wanted, he was happy to help us. We were in town for a wedding at the Palazzo, the location was perfect for us to attend our event. The house had an incredible view, eating breakfast on the terrace every morning was a delight. Out of our 3 week vacation, this was our favorite spot to stay at. Thank you for everything Michele!!
