A super experience! The host of the guesthouse is extremely friendly and helpful in everything, the location is simply perfect, right in the middle of the historic center of Gravedona and only a few steps from the lakefront. Comfortable beds and bed linen, and great extra’s such as free (good!) coffee, water and small snacks. Highly recommended all in all!

The atmosphere and the host were warm and welcoming. We booked the attic room which was very private and we had the upper floor for our own use.

A very warm welcome by the staff made check in easy. The hotel is in an amazing location right in front of the lake with plenty of amenities around the area including ferries to other villages on the lake. The room was reasonably spacious with all you need and a nice balcony to sit out and watch the sun go down. The bar and bistro downstairs are lovely and we weren't disturbed by any noise. We will definitely be back. Thanks

The building is beautiful and has been restored to an amazing standard. The room has everything we needed and was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with locally produced items. An absolute gem by Lake Como! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the balcony – waking up to breathtaking lake views was simply magical. Enjoying a delicious morning coffee while admiring the scenery made every day special. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of Lake Como. Highly recommended!

We had the most authentic Italian food & stay experience at Eden Villa! The presence of their 2 pet dogs was an added delight for us. The Hosts are incredible in their Hospitality and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversations with them. The Villa we stayed in was quite aesthetic and squeaky clean with all the amenities in place. The view was amazing too. We would love to come back to Eden Villa

The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable bed, breathtaking view over the mountains, all you need utilities, private parking space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, extra care for guests' food allergies, proximity to a shopping center (2 min drive). It is - as its name suggests - a little piece of heaven, with a great host! I highly recommend this place!
