One of the best places we have stayed in. Perfect location as we were there to visit the Castle of Grinzane Cavour and Casa di Maria is only a few minutes walk from it. A beautiful home with ample underground garage parking and swimming pool. Our room was very big, clean and so was the bathroom. Maria is a lovely host and gave us lots of good tips for our visit. Breakfast was a real feast! Beautiful buffet of fresh fruit, cakes, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries, cold cuts etc AND she also offered to make eggs the way you like them! A place we would return to if we go back to this area. If you want to spoil yourselves to a gourmet dinner, the Castle has an amazing gastronomic restaurant.

Lots of living space in the apartment and very well designed to maximize light and energy. It was in a great location for biking, hiking, wine touring and seeing the old town of Guarene. This is one of the quietest places I have ever slept! I loved the outdoor patio overlooking the countryside.
Offering a garden, Cascina Baresane offers accommodations in Alba. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Rooms come with a patio.

Stayed at this B&B for the second time and again fulfilled my expectations. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks. The owners are very warm and welcoming. It's a short 10 minutes drive to Alba city centre where we attended the Tartufo Festival and had great food in several restaurants! The room is well decorated with an excellent view over the vineyards. Although I stayed off-season (early November) the weather was still warm enough during day time to relax and sit outside. I highly recommend this cozy place!
Set on a hill among vineyards and fruit trees, Casalora is a design bed and breakfast offering rooms with garden views and private bathroom. It is 1.6 mi from Guarene, and 2.5 mi from Alba.

It's a wonderful resort, small but beautifully decorated, quiet and still gives you a sense of pampering.

Casa Andrea was a wonderful place to stay! Beds were super comfortable, wonderful little balcony that overlooked the courtyard and views. Andrea the owner and host was very friendly. Simple check in and check out process. We even extended our stay by one night that Andrea accommodated. Bathroom was very spacious and the particular room we stayed in was large. Free parking and breakfast included was a plus! This is a great place for the traveler that is looking for a quick couple days stay between stops in the Piedmont area.

Rooms were clean, staff were all kind & helpful. The complimentary tour & wine tasting added a nice touch to the area. The view from our room was also incredible! Location perfect & close to all the main shops of the village. Easy to find parking & the area felt very safe.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Lovely hotel. Our room was large and beautifully furnished in period style. The public rooms were charming, in particular the drawing room and the terrace at the back. Great location with beautiful views all around. Parking right outside. . Best of all the owner/manager couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating (going out of his way to make a restaurant reservation for us).
It is a small boutique hotel, with a very warm and friendly attitude of the owner Giorgio, that runs the hotel with his pleasant wife, Florina. Giorgio is also the chef of the hotel, made the best breakfast and dinner. The room was very big, nice and comfortable, with a wonderful view all over the valley and hills. Most recommended.
total concept was perfect, great location in the alba region, from here All interesting places nearby. Very kind staff. helpfull and firndly, clean. good cjef as well. so the total was a great experience. We will be back for sure
We really enjoyed our short stay at Casa Pavesi. The hotel is in an old renovated building with a lovely ambience. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, beds comfortable and had a lovely view over the vineyards and hills. Excellent breakfast (on the second day on the closed veranda at the back).
Lovely residential location, up from the town, and easy walking distance to the fabulous Marc Lanteri Ristorante Al Castillo. We had a large suite with private patio. Everything about it was great (except the broken shaving mirror!) The large pool, with views of the surrounding hills, was wonderful to relax by after visiting nearby towns in the June heat. Maria and her husband were delightful. Breakfast was a marvelous spread. Mille grazie, Maria!
