It is difficult to express how pleased we were with stay. Our hosts were wonderful and although we did not speak Italian we were able to communicate quite well enough. Our room was lovely and comfortable. There were snacks and coffee and tea in our room as well as a small refrigerator. In the morning we opened our door to a small table on our terrace where we had our coffee. At 9AM every morning, we watched as the neighboring sheep were led out to pasture. The sounds of the sheep's bleating and bells around their necks was incredibly soothing! We could have sat there for hours....There was a lovely, inviting swimming pool below, that unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to enjoy as it was a little too early in the season and we had things to do during the day. However, we were tempted to relax and lounge around the pool for a day! Although they were not serving breakfast at that time of year (March), our host saw us sitting on the terrace on the 2nd morning and offered us Cappuccinos and homemade pastry. A lovely stay, with lovely hosts!

Clean, beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Great views! Free parking. Close to town. Andrea was very kind and helpful. He left the keys for us with directions to let ourselves in, then met us later and gave recommendations. Great breakfast too!

Filippo is a very nice host. Readily available and happy to engage and provide insight into the town and area, including best ways to get places. Really liked the breakfasts at the local cafes.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
So this place is amazing. The view is simply stunning. Giulia and her father were wonderful hosts. Nothing was any trouble. The place is so quiet, with a pool, wonderful grounds. Oh how lucky are they! Perfectly safe with private parking. A dream place.
Very friendly and kind owners, who provided fresh fruits and water which was much appreciated.
Decoration is fresh and the location is great.
It's very quiet and a calm space. Aircon works well and the bed is comfortable.
Fabulous stay, loved the private terrace off our loft room, the pool was excellent Guilia and her family were amazing hosts. Lovely breakfast, we made some short sightseeing trips to Tivoli and Subiaco and Montecelio hill top town. Definitely recommend.
Cozy apartment near Rome and Tivoli in a quiet rural area. Immaculate cleanliness and comfort. Private parking in the yard next to the house. Pleasant and responsive hosts. Thank you very much, Aurora and Alessio !
The hotel is clean, with nice new renovation. Staff were friendly. There is a large private parking on the territory of the hotel. We were in December and it was very warm in the room. Breakfast was really tasty.
Very good location, spacious bathrooms and private parking. Perfect if you're travelling to Rome by car, only around 30 minutes drive from the Colosseum. They're also pet friendly and were very nice to our dogs.
