This place really exceeded our expectations. We stayed both in one of the rooms and in one apartment. In both cases rooms are spacious, super clean, strong wifi signal, very well equipped, cozy and very comfy. The owners/staff are a bonus: super kind, friendly, reachable at all times, attentive to what we may need during our stay, trustworthy. They gave us extra help with our suitcases so we could better organize ourselves and enjoy beautiful Isernia a few more hours before departing :) . They also shared excellent tips on what to visit and where to eat. We are truly very grateful and definitely recommend this place. We will be back!

The location is outstanding. It is in the stunning village of Fornelli and a great location for exploring Molise. I spent days researching accommodation options and this exceeded all our expectations. I wished we had also booked our other 2 nights here. the accommodation is in a beautifully restored coach house. there is an excellent restaurant (moustache) under the accommodation and breakfast is at the local bar. I can't wait to return

    The separate self contained, well equipped, shared kitchen servicing the two apartments gave us flexibility regarding meals, though we chose to eat out at the excellent nearby restaurant, "Osteria Existo". Our room was large and pleasant with a stunning view to nearby mountains.

    This is a boutique hotel that while situated in a rather unique setting is nonetheless outstanding. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the staff is terrific. The owner, Barbara, is a very thoughtful person, who clearly cares about her guests. Each room is decorated and furnished with the goal of using color and texture to provide a calming and stress-free environment. We were only there one night, but wished our stay was longer. We highly recommend this property.

    The building is just outside town and gives an easy access to hike on the mountains surrounding Isernia, that was my goal for visiting the area, and it did deliver. Amazing host, very attentive and helpful: I suffered a small injury during one of my hikes, and she promptly offered her first aid (that I'm still using after 5 days). The room space is of a good size, private bathroom and very good shower box. The kitchen is fully fitted, and once again, need anything extra, just ask the host.

An apartment of approximately 120 square meters with beautiful rooms. very large living room, a fully furnished kitchen, and a beautiful view over the surroundings. The apartment is located in a historical building in the city centre of Isernia
