Antonio was very flexible with check in and check out times. The room was bigger than i expected. Air conditioning was working properly and the bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom was also one of the biggest i have had in Italy. Very well located in Lequille, perfect location for going to the beach or to Lecce and away from the crowds

The location is perfect! Only five minutes walking from the Historic Center in a beautiful area. The parking lot inside the property is great. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and everything homemade. Mr. Manlio was one of the best host we ever had, kind and aware of everything we need. It was like home but in a beautiful Palace in Lecce! A bonus, we had a great balcony in our room with a table and chairs, ideal to have a little drink in the sunset.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay ! Wish it could have been longer . Check in was great ! Room was clean and comfortable ! Location was few minute walk from train station . Breakfast was included from the corner cafe . Loved the balcony . Easy to walk to all sites .

From the detailed instructions of how to get to the Palazzo, the exceptionally and helpful friendly staff, the superb location close to the Cathedral, the spacious room and the amazing breakfast.
We had a room overlooking the Via Duomo and we could see the Cathedral belltower from it. We had a 20 m walk to the Duomo square. How neat is that? Right in the heart of the old historic town. The view from the roof is stunning.
The two restaurants recommended by the hotel: Volo and Double 00 were great and a very short walking distance from the hotel.
The choice of breakfast goodies to eat was super including a Puglian delicacy of pasticciotto baked on the premises was super - if you ask nicely you can take one for lunch!

The breakfast was better than expected. My partner is vegan and they went out of their way to make sure she had enough vegan food to eat every morning. Beautifully restored historical villa, exceptional place and wonderful people making you feel at home, the staff were just brilliant they made us feel part of their family! The room was excellent, a massive comfy bed, the space well designed. The property is a couple of minutes walk to the old town of Lecce. Would we recommend this place to our friends and family? YOU BET!

We liked the location and the character of the building. Staff were lovely, helpful and there if required. Train ride away to Lecce.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Host Giusy was exceptionally warm and welcoming and made us feel so welcome on arrival and throughout our stay, her attention to details is remarkable.
The property was so comfortable, really well equipped and high end finishes.
The outdoor setting was an oasis of luxury and calm, a really relaxing break, and a treat if you want a private luxurious break within easy reach of Lecce, Otranto or Gallipoli.
