Excellent location! Truly a lovely place to stay! So very nice with an excellent patio area! Beds were comfortable and excellent light in the rooms. plenty of room for 2 adults to move around without feeling cramped. The top room got quite hot in afternoon sun though, so be prepared for that. The breakfast in the mornings was truly a delight!! Great stay and great host!!!

    It was a great location for us, just off our main route from the UK down to Tuscany. We only stayed one night but would go back for more definitely. The host was very good and gave us restaurant and takeaway recommendations when needed. The room was so clean and tidy. The bedding was crisp! We loved our stay and wouldn’t think twice about rebooking. Definitely recommend.

    Beautiful old house! Very large room, elegant sofa, 4 beautiful windows, enormous bed! Manager helpful and delightful. Excellent breakfast with access to a fully equipped kitchen for guest use.

    Hotel is a real gem in the middle of nowhere! Hotel is large, beautiful architecture, very modern inside the rooms. Staff were very helpful and excellent communication. Room was very spacious and clean with your own kitchenette and lounge area. Very high ceilings make for a nice airy room. Bed was comfortable. Surrounding area was quiet

    The room was much bigger than in the photos, it was in fact a small apartment on the second floor of a villa about 15 minutes on foot from the main station and 10 minut from the city centre. The house is in a quiet part of the town. The owner was friendly and welcoming. I would come back!
