The property is absolutely stunning and the owners are so nice and helpful. We loved sitting in the lawn chairs overlooking the olive grove and enjoying local wine and snacks. It is a very quick drive into Magliano and the staff helped acquire restaurant reservations for us every night at fantastic restaurants.

    Set in a picturesque landscape this working farm has a variety of interesting things to see ( including peacocks!) The likeable family members are friendly and generous and there is relaxing atmosphere. The rustic-style rooms are large and airy with a high standard of cleanliness. The beautiful gardens are very well kept and there is a charming swimming pool. Not far from the coast and many other fascinating places. For day trips, Rome is only a couple of hours away. The food is excellent.

    We absolutely loved the pool area. Very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious! My partner loved the wine, I didn't drink. All the staff were super nice and helpful. The bed and room were very comfy. Magliano was a 5 minute drive away and very interesting.

    Location, tranquility, villa and its surroundings, pool, vicinity to the sea and nice little old towns, staff, breakfasts, Ioana who was taking care of us all the time and an amazing, private dinner prepared by her. Everything was amazing! This is what you dream of when you imagine holidays in Tuscany. We stayed in a big apartment with two bedrooms, king size beds. They reopened after the three years, hence few reviews. But I am sure that in a very short time it will be difficult to find an availability if not booked long time ahead:)

    We had a very comfortable stay: the view is wonderful, the staff very friendly, the food very tasty! We stayed in a cozy room with the balcony. In the middle of May on Sunday it was quiet, the restaurant was open only for lunch, but we were offered very nice snacks for diner, which we enjoyed in our balcony. Our sincere thank you, and best recommendations!

    Location was perfect (beautiful, quiet and so relaxing). Lots to do in the area close by. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Out of all the places we stayed this was by far the best. Staff was friendly and helpful.
