We enjoyed the silence and remoteness of the place: Sitting on the terrace, the view to the lake (which is not far and the beach /access there is quite nice), the mountains, the pool and green area. The rooms have been clean and modern, as well as the bath. We sleep very good (beds were great). The breakfast was Italian sweet (I loved the brioches) , the coffee great and when you wanted something else like eggs or ham, you just had to ask.

Maurizio was the best host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and at home. For my partners birthday, he made a lovely gesture which we were very grateful for. He was able to provide excellent recommendations for food and places to see. The pool was a great addition with brilliant views. The breakfast was delicious too. The best place we stayed out of 3 other places during our trip and it was all down the Maurizio as the host. I've already recommended him and the property to a friend and we will return.

Situated within 12 km of Desenzano Castle and 22 km of Terme Sirmione - Virgilio, Corte Viviani features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Brescia.

In a 16 day road trip we visited 3 hotels in Germany, 2 in Austria, 1 in France and 4 in Italy. Corte Viviani, all considered, was the best. Why ? All due to the owner-operator, Chiara and her sheer attention to detail and attentiveness. Do you really need to stay right on the shores of Lake Garda when you can stay here and have a much better experience? Value for money is excellent. This is a place we'd readily come back to. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Parking is covered and behind a high security gate - which is particularly appealing to me. Room numbers are limited so that means less guests and less likely 'parking incidences': something I'm keen on avoiding after some bad experiences elsewhere. Chiara is immediately welcoming and anyone who gives me a cold beer and a bowl of crisps on arrival is guaranteed to be on my Xmas card list ;-). We particularly liked the kind of modern, deconstructed 'English Breakfast' which Chiara made: very clever and equally tasty. Not only that there was plenty of fresh fruit, bread, patisserie and all the other accoutrements of an excellent breakfast. If you need supplies then a mini-market is less than a 5 minute walk. When we stay to see friends in the area again, we'll be back. Well done, Chiara.

    We stayed in the mini mobile home and it was really great. Loads of storage and air conditioning worked great. The site feels quiet and spacious and the tenting pitches all have lake views. It’s a perfect place to stay on lake Garda.

    Location is really great, personnel is mega friendly and customer oriented. Davide was our host and he is really great. He changed our booked accommodation to the villa close to the beach and also helped to extend our stay. Everyone may find villa there based on wishes. You may stay in quiet place, or close to beach or to swimming pool. Also great place for big company, family holidays and very pet friendly.

    Our accomodation was clean and quiet. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. It had private parking space and private walled terrace area. It was close to many attractions but the village wasn't too busy.

    The apartment is located in a very quiet village. There are two comfortable rooms, a kitchen and a living room, a large terrace, and a backyard. It is fully equipped and well-kept. On the property, there is a large, private car park with an electronic entrance gate. The hosts are very nice, they welcomed us very warmly. We got wine and tasty homemade olive oil. There are large supermarkets nearby, such as Lidl, Aldi, a pharmacy, etc. We had a very nice stay and recommended it to all

    The compound is very nice and clean, even during a long weekend we did not have the feeling it was overcrowded. The pool was just great especially for children (there is even a dedicated 'quiet pool' area). The private beach has a small cafe & kiosk and is very nice! The apartment was spacious and decently equipped. Parking was ok (spaces are small but there are sufficient).
