It was spacious and incredibly clean. The breakfast was the best! Homecooked and prepared by Marta, served by a cozy fireplace. They even accommodated serving us breakfast at an early hour. Couldn’t have treated us better! They were great hosts they were attentive and helpful. When there were road closures in the town Sero offered to escort us out to show us the way. They went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.

Matteo welcomed us to a room with a balcony view of Mount Etna! In addition to our room, we had use of a comfortable living room, coffee available any time. Randazza is a lovely old town with limited tourist traffic, making it a delightful counterpoint to other destinations in Sicily. The drive through wine country to reach Randazza is beautiful. Matteo served us a lovely breakfast, seating us at a table with yet another view of Mount Etna. He was a thoroughly charming host, proud of his hometown.

L'Arco dei Sogni is located on a quiet street in a charming Village. We strongly recommend booking a room with a terrace to enjoy the view of the volcano. We ended up having an al fresco supper on our terrace (we brought our own wine and food with us). The breakfast is fabulous with many selections. Luigi, the owner packed us a picnic. This is an ideal place to explore the area but it is a very quiet village with one grocer and one highly recommended restaurant that specializes in meat and is associated with a butcher shop called Macelleria Grigliera Da Nino.
