Mauro was a wonderful host. He is well organized and takes good care of guests. He speaks english very good so communication was not a problem. At breakfast there was good food variety, actually it was the best we've had in Italy. The room was clean and he provided us with a sunshade for the beach. Bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. Bathroom was shared but it was clean and shower gels were provided. There is an option to use the washing machine for a small fee. Location is close to the airport and there is free public parking on the street in front of the house. We visited in high season and finding a parking spot was not a problem. For us it was excellent value for the price.

Sardinia Guest House was amazing! It had everything one might need during the travels, the room felt very inviting and homie. The host went above and beyond in making us feel at home and was very responsive. We particularly enjoyed the home made breakfast. Location was also perfect as it was only 15 min drive from Alghero for when we wanted the huddle and bustle, but just tacked away enough to offer us peace and quiet. The best spots we stayed at on the island.

Our stay at Mare e Sabbia was absolutely delightful. The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the stunning Maria Pia beach, making it perfect for beach lovers. The room and bathroom are spacious, modern, and spotless, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. There's also a lovely kitchen available for guests to use, which adds a nice touch of convenience. The breakfast offered was rich and abundant, with a great selection of fresh products, delicious pastries, and coffee – a perfect way to start the day. Reaching the historic center of Alghero is easy either by a scenic 30-minute walk along the seafront or by taking one of the buses that stop just a few steps from Mare e Sabbia. Alghero itself is a wonderful city with plenty to see, explore, and savor. Whether you're into sightseeing, dining, or just soaking up the atmosphere, it has something for everyone.
