Very clean, family room and bathroom was great. Grounds were very well kept. Not a leaf out of place. Felt very luxurious. Toys for kids in common room. Community kitchen is easy to use. Easy drive to the airport. Really nice butcher shop down the street for groceries and also a really nice Caffè in the neighborhood. Off street gated parking, which was a plus for us. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

To start , Antonella was wonderful. She picked us up at the train station for a small fee, which was greatly appreciated because we had no car. She had wonderful suggestions for dinner and places to see. A short bike ride to the Castillo di Maccarese, where a nice view and a few restaurants were located. The room water was shower water was hot. Breakfast was offered each morning and times could be adjusted accordingly. Location is not far from city center/beach…bikes were provided. If other guests had bikes, rentals are available near beach at Moto Ciclo Meccanica🙏🌹🚲

Casa Mary was exceptional. I not only liked my stay for two nights, but I want to move in. Comfortable, safe, quiet, easy to get to and from Rome’s airport. Breakfast was great, and ready was I got up. A couple little bars, cafes, and grocery stores very nearby.

It is a lovely place- starting with the location on the boardwalk of Ladispoli- Despite being in a very central area with bars, restaurants and organized beach locales, inside the rooms are quiet, tranquil and spotless with every convenience. Breakfast is varied, tasty and generous. Alessandra and Antonio are amazing hosts and make each guest feel at home with their warm hospitality and generous manner. I can't wait to return!
B&B SulViale enjoys a location in Ladispoli, a 6-minute walk from Ladispoli beach and 1.6 miles from Torre Flavia beach.

Amazing location 5 minutes from the train station and very easy to find. We communicated easily with our host who was a true gem. She was readily accessible for any questions. Room was a good size with private shower. The room also had a big private balcony. Everything is within walking distance (stores, restaurants and the beach). Would recommend 100% and will definitely be back.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Perfekt location, only 30 mins from the airport, quiet and beautiful. The place is spotless, the rooms are great. Breakfast is a wonderful treat. The Pool is amazing ,big and clean. Couldnt have found a better place. You do need a car,as you have to go to the village for meals.
The B&B is a nicely furnished villa/country house located on the hills at an optimal location just a few minutes away from Rome, the airport and other exciting locations, all while offering a quiet rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. It offers beautiful rooms and all amenities you could need. The breakfast was rich, diverse, and plentiful. The host was also very welcoming and accommodating as well as ready to give you tips on where to go and what to see in the local area.
Great experience! Perfect place to stay if you are going to see Roma. Close to the airport an Roma, by car. Special thanks to the owner family. Flat really looks like home, nice furniture, good place to park car, quiet neighbourhood. Great grocery store is nearby. It was our best place we’re staying during our travel by Italy.
Nice large airconditioned bedroom with a balcony, comfortable but could use a second lounger on the balcony.
Very quiet neighbourhood.
Use of a small kitchen.
On site parking behind a gate.
Private bathroom.
Train station is 8 km away, only € 2.60 to Rome.
the hosts were very friendly and the restaurant located next to the apartments was cheap and very good quality. the surrounding area was very beautiful and quiet. the apartment was very nice, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, there was a television in the kitchen/living room and in the bedroom both with netflix and of very good quality.
