We book the room with sauna but but sauna did not work and despite our several requests, we didn’t get another room so this felt really unfortunate. In addition, we didn’t know the hotel closes early so we went to dinner and when we returned to hotel around 9.30pm we had to jump over the fence as nobody opened the door for us.

The host does not speak in English., but he was really friendly. Our room was upgraded from economy and the terrace is big. The breakfast is sweet, but we got homemade cooky and they heated in the open fireplace during breakfast.

The staff was really friendly, patient and helpful. The room was big and warm, there was enough space to easily unpack the luggage. The breakfast was served on time directly to our room, based on what we asked the day before (e.g., pasticciotti, coffee and juice).
