Nice quiet property in the hills above Gualdo Tadino, spacious rooms, fridge with beverages available as well as freezer. The owners were very friendly and helpful but most of all, they prepared an excellent breakfast with local products. I can recommend this B&B.

Superbly located, quiet and beautifully landscaped escape just outside of Fabriano. The interior decorating is fabulous. The breakfast offerings were tasty, even if a little carb-heavy. The staff was very responsive.

The breakfast was wonderful -- all prepared by our hostess, Barbara. She's a talented baker and served us an apple tart and various other treats plus yogurt, juices, jams and more. We enjoyed meeting Barbara and her family who were all very friendly and hospitable. And we loved meeting their friendly dog and cat and her six kittens plus 2 goats!
Barbara told us about a junior Running of the Candles in Gubbio in which her son participated. So glad we didn't miss it!

In a tiny little town with no services and 12 minutes by car from Fabriano. The plus side is that it made for a very quiet stay.
Breakfast was the most incredible spread yet. Perfect scrambled eggs, 8 different homemade cakes/tarts; Everything I tried was delicious.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Clean, comfortable, very friendly. Adequate simplicity for a hostel.
We arrived in the weekend when it was quiet. No school classes around at that time.
Helpful and friendly host, plenty of places to eat nearby. Excellent breakfast. Would stop again.
