Very Authentic , warm and feel good location. The place is very well renovated and everything is handpicked with care. We had a lovely breakfast, every little detail thought and planned - you can see that . The owner puts a lot of effort in making you feel good.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The room was very cozy, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The Italian breakfast was delicious, with a nice selection to start the day. Our host was incredibly warm, helpful, and accommodating—she made us feel welcome from the start and was very flexible with our arrival time. The location is in a quiet area and there were plenty of parking spots right in front of the house. Finding the property with google maps was easy, and while the road has a few steep sections, it was nothing too difficult. It is a pretty short drive to the highway and to the Serravalle Outlet, making it a convenient choice for shopping trips. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

It was a very comfortable place to stay. Paola is a very caring person who explained everything in details - where to eat, where to buy products, the shortest way to the outlet. The only thing is check out at 10 latest (we would like to sleep longer as we were very tired after a long way the previous day). Paola was always in contact, gave a discount to the outlet, discount card to a cafe. Next time only this place))

    It was a very good experience. Clean, spacious and quiet. Located in the country side and only 5 mins from the Outlet Center. Very nice host family. We will definitely come back again.

    The apartment was amazing, the cleanliness was superb. The rooms were huge. The view is amazing. The breakfast is a little bit limited, but overall Laura is a great hostess. On top of all this, Laura gave us a 10% discount voucher in Seravalle designer outlet. 5 min drive form Seravalle designer outlet !!

    This is a winery hold by a very pleasant family. So you get a complementary bottle of a very good wine. Lovely location - quiet and picturesque, beautiful and clean room, comfortable bed. Everything new. Very good breakfast. Definitely worths visiting and highly recommended
