Everything was great, an easy overnight stay after landing at Venice airport. A good restaurant is also only a one minute walk.

The shower water pressure was like a drip, not strong at all. The mattress was a bit soft. But the rooming arrangement was great and it was modern and clean. At first we were worried about ventilation as no air con before end of April but we managed to jump up and open some high up windows.

Good location vs. the airport although you do need a taxi to get there - there are no pavements on the way. The house and room were very nice, clean, spacious and equipped with all amenities incl. coffee machine, kettle, tea, coffee etc. My children also loved the garden.

I expected a nice night in an average place, but what I experienced definitely exceeded my expectations. The stay was not long, but it was so pleasant, comfortable beds, clean bedding, clean room, bathroom shared with another room but incredibly cozy and with the possibility of locking! Kitchen at your disposal at all times, equipped with everything you need and even more! Breakfast prepared with great attention to detail and heart. The place looks inconspicuous, but I have never met anyone who puts so much heart into preparing place for guests for a nice stay. I definitely recommend it, and I would even gladly return!

Lovely place, very convenient for the early morning flights, 20 minutes by walk to the airport, a few restaurants nearby. Friendly host, explained in detail how to get to the hotel and to the airport. There’s a drinking water in the room and everything that is needed in the bathroom, including towels. Just take your slippers.

    It is a good place to stay considering the cheap price. Only 10 mins walk from the airport, so very convenient for catching a flight early in the morning. The room was surprisingly big and also tidy. The area is relatively peaceful and quiet, the toilets are clean and come with towels, soap, hairdryers, and even some bread, apples and large bottles of mineral water. Nothing fancy, but practical and appreciated for a stay for this price.

    This property is located in a quiet suburb of Venice and has a convenient bus route. The building and room are charming and well maintained for the age of the property, it seems. Breakfast had a variety of offerings for us to eat.

    The place was a great location to get to the airport early next day. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the water was warm. It was an inexpensive room, a good value. Breakfast was really nice to have as we didn’t have a lot of time.
