Our staying was wonderful. Exactly as advertised. The room and in general the facility, was very clean and relaxing. The staff was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I arrived late at 11 pm. The host offered me to pick me up on a train station. He helped me with my luggage. Super-friendly!
When I arrived to the hotel, everything was closed including restaurants. The host, made me a plate with cheese, Italian ham, he even gave me a glass of red wine.
I have been in many hotels but this was outstanding care.
The surrounding is beautiful! Mountains all over you.
I highly recommend this place.

What a lovely stay. We were here just for one night but had such a lovely time. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was delightful and the views just stunning. Definitely a gem worth traveling a little farther from the freeway for on our overnight stop on the way to Tuscany.

The apartment was close to cable car - definitely go to skywalk. Emanuela provided us with FOC tickets for that day.
The atmosphere in the morning in the town is very lovely, especially when they have market day

The room and service was perfect! Super-comfy bed, new shower (great water pressure), clean, and quiet. Even the restaurant downstairs was delicious...

Amazing wiev, road close to the Castle (closed unfortunately:(() and beautiful vineyards. Very quiet and cosy neighbourhood. A car is a must in this location tho! Great choice if u want to rest with your family without Internet and TV 🙌🏻 We loved cooking together in the big kitchen and the fact that every room had its own balcony 🫶🏻 heated floor is a big plus when you need to stretch after a long day in the mountains 😂
