We enjoyed our host and the location was great. A bit like staying with an Italian relative. Not luxurious but very comfortable. The family was all working together to make us welcome and answer questions. We enjoyed using the bikes and they made an excellent dinner recommendation.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and it was probably of the cleanest places I've stayed in. The room was fairly large, bathroom (and shower) as well. Two pillows (two pairs - two guests) with different firmness were even included - which was a very nice thought. Room had complementaries (tea, biscuits) and even water bottles - again going to show how everything was geared for the tires traveler landing at the location. Breakfast was overall nice, but do take into account it's mostly packed goods (with fresh cornettos!). Coffee was fine, and food variety was definitely acceptable. The neighborhood was quiet, and fairly easy to get by even at late times (several bus stops a short walk from the location, several bus lanes even at night). Luggage storage was a nice plus.

Everything was lovely and so tranquil. After traveling from the United States and then dealing with an inner ear infection, it was the perfect place to recuperate. Stefania was so gracious and even shared her homemade lasagna and other food with me since I couldn’t really leave for several days. I will always have warm memories of Villa Stefania and hope to return again!
