The proprietor was superb. Friendly and hospitable. He suggested he cook for me and I am so glad I accepted. Hand made ravioli. It was exquisite. He paired it with a reasonably priced and tasty red wine. He seemed genuinely happy to see my satisfaction, fullness and contentment. I will go back.

It felt like a slice of home, from the cleanliness to the comfort. The bed was super comfy and it had a full size, great pressure shower, which if you have traveled Italy know that can be hard to find. If you are travelling solo or with family this is a great find 🥰 will be returning with family. Breakfast was served in the owners home, which also doubles for an authentic Sicilian restaurant. The owners felt more like old friends, best hospitality I have received, without encroaching on privacy. Francesco speaks and understands English perfectly, for those who don’t 😉

Francesco and Piero are absolute honeys and they are running a charmingly styled property. Every corner of the house is full of beautiful art and the house is stylishly decorated. We were spoilt with fine home cooked dishes full of Sicilian flavours. Attention of detail was over our expectations. We had a fantastic stay at La Gardenia. Angela the host was absolutely brilliant. The apartment itself was super clean and meet with lots of lovely final touches to make for a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the lovely town of Licodia.

If you're looking to leave the hustle and bustle behind you, this is the place to be. A slice of genuine Sicilian country life, surrounded by trees and flowers and of course, an incredible welcome by Paolo and his sidekick Francesco. It's not a luxury place, but clean and simple. And make sure to buy some olive oil, harvested by Paolo and reminiscent of days gone by.

We had a great time in this b&b, really nice service from Roberta and Giorgio! They made fresh breakfast every morning and were really friendly! We also liked the room. Really clean and a nice pool. They also had some home made limoncello and tiramisu for us, i would definatelly recomend this stay!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Old Convent converted into a hotel, all staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. Very charming accommodation, you receive a beautiful feeling of yesteryear as soon as you walk through the entrance. We enjoyed our stay at the ll Campanile. We will come back again to see and enjoy one of the oldest villages in Sicily ’Vizzini’.
We enjoyed the area. The staff helped us out when we needed it. We could not praise them enough. The host is a lovely family man. It is a small family run B and B in the heart of Vizzini. We would go there again. Even just to pop in and see them, when we are in that area again. The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of hot water.
A lovely and clean room with lots of space. A small hotel which was very quiet (we were there in winter). The staff are very helpful and kind. The bed was really comfortable.
