Amazing experience. In the middle of nature's paradise between palm trees and banana trees, surrounded by different animals like different birds, squirrels and peacocks, is the Treehouse with a comfi bed and toilet and shower. It is a shame we had to leave, because we could stay here for two weeks more.
The owner is a friendly, welcoming guy who serves an excellent breakfast with fresh coffee or tea and Sri Lankan foods like pancakes and different buns and cookies. Very tasty! The place is the perfect location for trips to the Pidurangala Rock (20 minute walk) and the Sigiriya Lion Rock.
If you are interested in visiting the Pidurangala Rock for example, I highly recommend you book this place for at least 2 nights. You will not regret it.

Beautiful gardens around the property, delicious home made breakfast & dinner, and absolutely fantastic view of Sigiriya. Staff were really lovely, however we did have a few communication issues throughout our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but basic (as expected).

We checked in early because of our flight but the owners were so nice they prepared the room for us in 10 minutes. The room was really clean and the bathroom is big and clean. The view is to die for from the lake view room. They have a lot of lights on the walking path so no difficulty to walk at night. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs around the lodge very convenient and easy to commute. The lion rock and pidurangala rock is also very close to the lodge. Super easy to move. Owners are super nice they helped us with a lot of things. Anything you need, you can just ask them.

It's a family-run small cottage. The owner, Varun, is very hard-working. Value for money. The paid dinner was quite fresh, tasty, and most importantly for my parents, vegetarian.
