In the morning, they offer coffee and cake as breakfast, a nice touch! It's 5 min by car to Chichen Itzá entrance. The staff was friendly and gave us our room earlier than the check-in time. Walking distance to the Pisté city center, banks and convenient stores. The bed was super big and comfy. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it. There was parrot on the trees. As alternative they offered a free shuttle. The hotel has very friendly staff and a long history of heads of state visiting the premises.
