They gave out the reservation I booked with them without any remorse,even when I called them they told me that they have given it out.When I asked them why ,they blocked my line.

The staff Thomas and the driver were exceptional 👏 👌 🙌. They picked my mom up from the bus stop, took her to the airport the next day, even helped her change her naira to pounds/dollars at the exchange people's place. These people are just cool headed staff. Then they waited for my mom to go through TSA, and was on her way to UK, and they took my friend back home. Ofcourse I had to pay for all these services, however! The fact that they have a transportation service like that is incredibly helpful.

    This was my first stay at The Panama, I came in for a one-day business trip and it turned out to be quite enjoyable. The hotel's location is amazing, staff are very well trained and welcoming, rooms are very well done, clean and comfortable, the food is great, the pool is clean and relaxing, and, most of all, very private. I highly recommend The Panama and look forward to my next stay there.

    Awesome location. I felt safe. Quiet and serene environment with a sit-out area. It felt like home away from home. 24 hours electricity and water supply. I am a foodie and so the 24 hours restaurant right in front of the apartment was a plus for me lol. Very friendly and helpful staff. I sure will visit again.
