What wonderful hosts! We felt so welcomed and we loved the garden and the interior of the house. We felt like we were in an English manor. The breakfast was exceptional with Sharon fixing it one morning and Noel the second morning we were there. Loved the conversation at happy hour too!

Featuring a garden, Port Levy B & B Christchurch provides accommodations in Port Levy. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking, and free Wifi.

Martin and Verity were great hosts, friendly and considerate. We had a guest suite on lower level to ourselves and access to a nice living/dining room area and outdoor spaces including a hot tub and rocky shoreline. Kayaks were available that we did not use as we choose to relax and unwind during our last day in NZ. We stayed 2 nights and had the 3 course dinner which was excellent.

26 miles from Christchurch Railway Station in Little River, Kaituna Valley Homestead offers accommodations with access to a hot tub and spa center.

Our favorite stay during our two weeks in New Zealand. This place is absolutely incredible, and we were delighted by the wonderful breakfasts prepared by Sharon and John—they’re such thoughtful and welcoming hosts. There’s a reason the reviews are so glowing—it’s set in the stunning Kaituna Valley, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Like you, I read all the rave reviews and was sold—and I’m so glad I booked it. The WiFi was great, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after several days of hiking.

L'abri Bed and Breakfast offers accommodations in Akaroa, 1.8 miles from Akaroa Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking, and free Wifi.

We stayed in the garden cottage which was delightful. It was so comfortable and well-equipped. We loved having a cozy place to relax in the evening and the bed was extremely comfortable. Jane is a wonderful host and as others have mentioned, the breakfast is amazing. We really enjoyed chatting with Jane during breakfast and followed her advice to take the tourist drive on our trip at back to Christchurch.

The staff are so friendly this was our second time staying at the motel and the staff remembered us from our previous stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect. Everything you need and close enough but not too close to the beach front. Nice private and quiet stay. Will keep returning. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much

Staff were helpful & friendly. The garden area downstairs, was well planted & private. Birdsong was the predominant sound, otherwise considering it was a busy time & close to a main road, it was very peaceful & quiet. The unit was comfortable & very well appointed with equipment, plus generous supplies. Thanks for a great stay!
