The location was wonderful. Able to walk to the beach. And 10-15 min drive to both town and Able Tasman. It was very clean and quiet. Nice little sitting area outside room. The only issue was that the internet was terrible. Spotty at best and non-existent for the most part.

Host provided basic ingredients to make breakfast—bread spreads, fruit, cereal, milk, coffee, tea. Spectacular sunrise was visible across roof from east-facing window. Hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. Room is in a residential house in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts lived downstairs.
