Staying at Salem’s place was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness that perfectly reflects the Omani hospitality. Salem is not just a great host — he is a genuinely kind, generous, and thoughtful person who goes out of his way to make every guest feel comfortable and appreciated. What made my stay even more special was the way he surprised me for my birthday. He arranged a small celebration in his beautiful traditional tent, surrounded by other guests, creating such a heartfelt and touching moment that I will never forget. The staff at the guest house were also exceptional, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. The environment is peaceful, beautifully set. One of the highlights of my stay was the boat trip organized by Salem, where we had the chance to see dolphins in their natural habitat. It was magical and truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. We had a beautiful experience. a very good luxurious villa. Amazing hot tub jaccuzi cinema room and steam room. Valuable for the money

Reasonably priced guesthouse with swimming pool, kids playground. We book all 4 rooms and kids are very happy. Caretaker (Abdullah) is very helpful. Even help us book dinner delivered to the guesthouse.

The guy was really nice to wait for us. We didn't arrive until 11 pm and he was out front waiting for us to arrive. Nice place in front of the beach leading to the ocean, with no other buildings in front of it. The place was quite big, and we could've spent more time there but just arrived to sleep and left early in the morning. I like the front area with artificial grass that's not burning the feet of the children so they could play. It has 2 bathrooms, we didn't discover the 2nd one until too late. My wife woke up early to walk on the beach and saw a turtle. Price is very good for the place

Beautifully presented, simple, spotlessly clean en-suite room in a small compound with a tented majlis near the beach - very quiet, very private. Helpful owner met me with coffee and fruit typical of 5star Omani hospitality. Great comms. Self catering but water,tea and coffee supplied. Nice modern bathroom!

It's the closest guesthouse to the reserve if you don't want to stay at the resort. Staff were incredibly helpful - they can give you direction to local beaches or further afield, as well as help book excursions nearby.
