The solutions to water runoff are very impressive on such a steep lot. Nice theme throughout. views from the pool patio and the garden swing are beautiful. Hosts very discrete (we just heard them entertaining on their own patio but they stayed reasonably quiet and we did not get to meet them during this stay).
