Great spot at the end of the city towards Batad. The rooms are spacious with two outlets, comfy bed, there is a hot shower, a toilet with toilet seat, a little kitchen area for washing dishes or making some coffee, a big terrace with tables and a great view, and you can get wifi and towels. What makes this spot special is that Elma can book EVERYTHING for you, from transportation to and from your bus in Banaue, transport to and from Batad (keep in mind that Batad has no reception, so you might have to purchase wifi time to tell her a time you want to come back), busses to Manilla or Sagada, she can even help with making some plans for tracks and sights. We left our bags there, went to Batad for one night and returned to Savta's house to pickup our bags, a shower and it was just a very comfy experience. Also, the food made in her nephews bar (5 min walk) is delicious, so ask her about that if you want some good food, and entertainment while eating (karaoke, pool, terrace with view).

Amazing location, in the upper point of batad terrasse rices! Batad terrasses for me was much more impressive that banaue, so the location is just a 10/10 with its large windows

Convenient location along the main road, 2 kilometers from the public market. Good free internet connection at the lobby and their on-site restaurant, with a variety of breakfast and dinner options at reasonable prices. Many thanks to Irene and Rose for being such gracious hosts and tour guide, it was a marvelous 4-days and 3-nights stay!

Nice spot at the upper part of the town. It's a steep climb down, so if you just want a nice view, this is the place. The house has a flat roof with some chair where you can see most of the rice fields, and most of the town at the bottom. The rooms are basic, very thin mdf walls, a window, a bed. If you tend to get cold easily, maybe ask for an additional blanket as the temperature seems to drop a decent amount at night. There is a hot water shower, and a squat toilet. Power sockets in the common areas.

    Elma is amazing, she will take care of your food, day trips, tricycles, bus bookings, anything you need. Her house is very comfortable, quiet, clean and her food tastes fantastic. I also enjoyed mingling with other guests. The homestay has only 3 rooms, so it is always calm.

    They arranged pick up for us which was so welcomed when the bus came in 1.5hrs earlier than expected at 4:55am and then our driver carried all our bags and checked us into our room early, heaven. Beds were comfortable and place quiet which meant we slept really well. Really friendly staff and lovely ambience. Beautiful view. Good omelette for breakfast and enjoyed the veg curry.

    The most amazing view from the Inn we have ever seen! This place is basic so don’t expect luxury hotel but Nisha serves excellent food and can help you with anything you need. Bed was comfortable. A truly special place with the best views in Batad.

    Great location just minutes away from the rice terraces, lovely family with adorable kids, cat and dog, wifi available (3 hours for 10 peso), beautiful view from balcony and rooftop, decent food options available. Everything is very basic but considering the price the value is still good. Would definately recommended this place but expect to go a bit back to basic!

    Breathtaking views on the Banaue Rices Terraces Very nice natives huts with toilets nearby. Restaurant on site. Possibility to have organized private trips. We chose 1 dayx2pax tour in the Rices terrasses (Batad and Banawe) and 1 day trip Apo Whang Od. Very interesting trips but pricy. Recommended!

    Very nice place! Comfortable room, hot shower, friendly staff and delicious food! It's only a short walk to the city centre. The rice terraces of Hapao and Batad are less than 1 hour drive from the homestay.

    + very nice and accommodating owner, she even organized for us to be picked up at the local bus station and let us check in very early so we could get some rest + comfy bed and nice room, I really like the decoration and flowers in the lobby, on the balcony and in the room + everything was clean, and the homestay has a hot shower + nice place to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and the breeze + good location, quiet and only 10 minutes walk to the city center
