Dagupan is a fun city without many foreigners. I came for dental work and I selected this location because it was within walking distance of my dentist. I was very pleased both with the sense of serenity in the dormitory and how responsive the host is for guest needs. I could spend many more days here working online and relaxing if I didn't have a conference to get to in another city. It's a really nice place!
