Conveniently located Very near a pick up point of boat to Pagsanjan falls. Free spacious parking with gate for security. This ancestral home turned into a beautiful bed n breakfast right in front of the river. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

The property is beautiful and the neighborhood it is located in was lovely. The pool was clean. The staff was helpful. The location is great, just a tricycle ride to the jumping-off points for many waterfalls. Overall, the stay was heavenly.

no tv and weak wifi… not flexible…. during my stay there was amihan non stop rain and windy… i asked to cancel my booking for the next day because of bad weather but they cant cancel since its a booking.com booking
