Great location near Bosque Estatal Maricao. Easy access. Well lit. Easy on street parking. Seemed safe and secure. Communal use of microwave. My room had a fridge and private washroom, both of which were nice. AC and fan in room were both powerful.

We liked everything. Fernando and Joon were amazing hosts. They make us feel very welcomed. They make breakfast every day with ingredients from their own farm. They make their own yogurt, they use eggs from the hens they raised there. For the three days we stayed there they prepared a different breakfast everyday. It was delicious. They take care of every detail. The farm is beautiful. They have a horse, hens, turkeys, a dog, cats….our daughters loved it. We stay there because we want some special time with our daughters that are going out to college this fall and everything was perfect. Thank u Fernando and Joon. Definitely we are staying again!!!!

    This place is a gem. Staff are awesome we had a guy smoking outside our room and they handled it quickly. Come here if you're quiet and contentious- the vibe is unwind and be respectful of the space/nature. The grounds are so well-kept you can tell they owners really take pride in their place. Location is 100/10 for me- walk to the nature preserve/beach. Pool was great.

    Raul was a great host. As a solo traveler, he made me feel right at home and even checked on me to see if I needed anything during my stay. The area was great, convenient to beaches, bars, coffee shops and shopping. And if staying put was your thing, there's a pool, a grill and a full sized fridge all in pristine condition.

    Many vacationing places claim to be a 10. This property delivers above a 10! The property, neighborhood, and manager were superb. The apartment had everything that we needed along with an unbelievable view. It was comfortable, quiet, and provided beautiful views of the sunset. The place deliver more than we expected. The manager was superb and made us feel at home with the procedures. I will certainly return in the future!
