Beautiful, old style house with great, so nice staff. The breakfast was great, everything was well prepared. We arived during snowstorm late at night, it was not a problem, our room and keys were prepared and the surroundings were so beautiful. The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful. Definatelyy we will visit this hotel again for holidays.

This was a very rustic property, it was a typical Scandinavian experience! The room was spotless and beautifully presented. The facilities were great too. Breakfast was prepared for us as a buffet. A lot of the food had been prepared by the owners. For example, the bread, yogurt and muesli were all homemade. There was a good selection of food to choose from.
The owners were very friendly and gave us lots of information on the local area. They recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat in.
This would be a great place to stay if you like birdwatching. There is a nature reserve close by where 100's of cranes and other birds are found. The reserve has great facilities and is only about 20 minutes from the accommodation.
This central Vadstena B&B is located on the town’s main street, Storgatan. Lake Vättern and Vadstena Castle are both within 650 metres. It provides attractive rooms with a TV and private bathroom.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Cottage Number 4 had all we needed, same with cottage 5 and 3. Very quiet place in Nature, if the other guests are quiet too.
Good shower, nice view, sitting places outside.
We had a great time with our family during our stay in Svanen. The hosts live in the main house and are very nice and uncomplicated. The accommodation is very quiet, has incredible lake access and a very nice terrace. The fridge was stocked with enough food for our breakfasts when we arrived, thank you! The location is perfect for exploring the nature of the area. We hope to come back again soon.
Excellent location close to Karlsborg Fästning and Lake Vättern. We had a private room with an ensuite bathroom, great beds, and all we needed. Fine breakfast in the morning.
