Very comfy bed, nice sized shower, very quick response from host about any questions. Well equipped common area, nice inside and out. It was very quiet until 6 am and then…noise, noise, noise.
The place has a lot of potential and is a great value but there are some things that need attention to. Like the pile of empty cleaning products under the sink—dirty under there.

Charming time capsule of an apartment! We were there briefly before a family wedding. The host was very friendly and the room-delivered breakfast was generous. We stayed in the former chicken coop! We would certainly recommend this repurposed farm to anyone with transportation.
