We didn’t find this at all. Staff at reception were helpful. Staff at the bar/restaurant were efficient but not particularly smiley or overly friendly unlike other Thai places. But it wasn’t an issue at all, just an observation. The resort is huge and the grounds are beautiful - it’s like waking up in a jungle 😍 Incredible facilities and location for the price. Would highly recommend! The sea is super clear, there were no jellyfish or nothing in march season. The sea was generally little wavy all but again always very clear and clean. I loved happy coctail hours, pool bar, optimal location, scooter renting, nearby restaurants and supermarket. Wifi was very good, always above 70-80 mbps. Bathroom is clean. Our room [118]was on the ground floor, had a private patio area with seating looking straight at the beach, across a grassy lawn. The resort has a lovely swimming pool, friendly beach bar with free pool table and was a lovely place to chill out. We ate there every night.
