The breakfast was great, and so was the location, at least for the reasons I was there. It was a very quick walk to the Northeastern campus. I liked how authentically Boston it felt, down to the narrow staircases.

They have several extra rooms for larger groups that are locked depending on your party size. But they opened one for my son as we were 5… I also found parking but think I was lucky there!! Easy uber into the city and so much e affordable than staying downtown. Restaurants nearby were good.

The location is really good, and a good deal for the money. The breakfast is generous, there are coffee tea and cookies available all day. The house is old, which is part of the charm, and despite the challenges well kept. The room was well equipped.
