Beautiful location. Very safe area for walks and running. Close to the beach, 3 minutes walk to the beach. Close to MyCiti bus stop. MyCiti is Cape Town scheduled public bus service. The interior decoration of the rooms and breakfast area is elegant luxury. Rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Situated in the up-market Sunset Beach, Atlantic Breeze Guesthouse offers 4-star accommodation decorated in an African theme and fitted with elegant furnishings. Milnerton Golf Course is 2 km away.

The hosts are exceptionally friendly and stayed in contact. Breakfast was great, room decent size, all clean and comfy. Very charming guest house, love the little outdoor area with a pool and lapa. All well maintained. Very good, can only recommend.

    Angus was the perfect host nothing was to much trouble for him, the property was very clean and inviting with an excellent breakfast included in the price added bonus for a small charge all my washing was done for me, would I recommend his property yes yes yes.     It was a private and beautiful spacious room. The balcony was great with wonderful views of table mountain. Sadly I was busty driving around for work and could not spend more time on the balcony. Next visit I will allow an extra day of relaxing on the balcony.
