You could genuinely eat off the floor in the bathroom, it was that spotless! I have no idea what their cleaning routine involves, but it’s incredible. Our room was super cozy, with a private balcony offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and the surrounding snowy cabins, inns, and hotels. The location in Pertisau was perfect, it’s such a charming and tranquil village, known for its small population and pristine cleanliness, which really makes you feel at peace. The staff, especially the lovely lady we interacted with, went above and beyond, she was incredibly kind, proactive, and gave us great recommendations for local activities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included amazing coffee, fresh juice, yogurt, a variety of pastries, and homemade cookies. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and well-prepared. Additionally, the parking was super convenient, just a few steps away from the Inn, and the room itself was warm, cozy, and modern with an eclectic twist, perfect for a winter stay. As a lovely gesture, we were gifted a small bottle of wine for New Year’s when we checked out on the morning of December 31st, which added a special touch to our experience. The location was ideal, as we were able to enjoy a walk around the beautiful lake, take some stunning photos, and visit a nearby restaurant for pizza, hot chocolate, and beer, a memorable highlight of our trip.
