The container-rooms are immaculately clean and nicely decorated. They however provide very limited space (not suited for large or claustrophobic people). You need to use your own Wifi.

The stars talk and the stars observation in the ibservatory were very good. Breakfast in the room was great with good selection. The terrace was a restful and great place for reading and relaxing.

We arrived in Diaguitas after some exhausting travels and it was a little paradise to relax! We had the whole place for ourselves, everything is newly furnished with very good taste, the bed was like a cloud to sleep in and the breakfast had more options than we could eat. Claudia was the whole time very helpful, gave us good advice about how to get around and even drove us to vicuna twice. when we decided to stay a night longer although one of us had to work, she even lent us a computer to work on. We can only recommend this place to anyone and wish all the best to Claudia and her family!

The host Richard an American/Lebanese was an interesting fellow though somewhat a conspiracy theorist, kind enough to check in on us as we were both ill when he had left on business also giving me information via phone where to get a share taxi (collectivos) I negotiated with the driver to take us direct (no stopping at his base) to our next accommodation in La Serena 20,000 cps. The garden seating area was very nice, Nelly was a lovely lady preparing our breakfast with the Chilean standard of eggs,ham, homemade bread, cheese, olives,homemade yoghurt, and fruit from Richards garden. The bathroom towels were 6 stars huge and thick and plenty of hot water albeit we were the only guests.

The entire place was very clean and looked like new. The dorm room for 6 was lovely and had good storage lockers. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and decently equipped and I enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons when the sun was over it. I was only guest there at the time so had the entire place to myself and it was beautiful. Eggs, bread and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch too! Pisco Elqui is a small place so location wise it was good as everything is within walking distance including the bus stop.

We wish we had stayed longer!

It is close to the main plaza and all the restaurants. The apartment is perfect for two people. It is very spacious and has a neat interior. We enjoyed it a lot!
