The host was so warm and welcoming, as was everyone who lives here. We were able to go down to reception or send a message (we used alipay) to get any answers or make requests. All the hotel information is clearly presented as soon as you arrive, including the food options available (we enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast). We stayed with an infant, and the room was lovely and spacious for our needs. We arrived at a cold time, but the room heated up well and the shower was nice and hot. The location is a really convenient 5 minute drive to the Wulingyuan park entrance.

Mr.wally is very nice hotel owner…he always assist us to ur needs and gives us accurate directions to where we are going in zhangjiajie forest park..we will come again and stay the same hotel..very near to all the restaurants

We loved everything, the nicest place we have stayed in China. The location is amazing right next to a quiet entrance to the park, the pool and the hot tub were great after a day of exploring aswell. The staff were the highlight though, really helpful for planning an itinerary and booking tickets, even dropped us in and picked us up from the nearest town to have dinner one night. The food at the hotel is also very good, we ate dinner there the rest of the time and filled up on a great breakfast every morning before heading into the park.

I’ve only had a few short nights but would definitely come back for longer!

Chong Chong Guesthouse se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti Yongding District v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie. My stay at Chonghong guesthouse was amazing, the staff treated me super well, helped me with everything I needed and even gave me food and sent me some travel tips. The place is cozy and, although it's a little bit hard to find, is well located and near the bus station (from which you can go everywhere in the city at a cheap price). I had a great night of sleep and the neighborhood is very quiet. Zhangjiajie is an incredible place and I felt I received much more than what I paid for.

Jedná se o malebné útočiště s domáckými pokoji. this hotel is really good and the location is also very near to cable car station. host is very kind and helpful. room is quiet and clean. there are supermarket and street food available just outside the hotel. really nice place to stay.

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn stojí pouhých 20 minut jízdy od letiště Zhangjiajie. Ve všech pokojích je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. If you want to be in a place that makes you feel good and comfortable go to Wangyi Inn, we stayed for few days and everyone were so friendly and welcoming to explain everything to us and helping us organise our trip in Zhangjiajie! Thanks again guys, we miss you already! 💗

The property is managed by a very sweet family, they welcomed us very warmly and the daughter helped us make ticket reservations for parks we wanted to visit and also gave us restaurant recommendations. We preferred staying near the west railway station and this hotel is located just a few minutes from the station on a quiet street, plus there is a convenience store next door.
