We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place! We stayed in the Sunrise Cabin, which was secluded and offered a truly relaxing experience. The views were breathtaking, and the property itself is expansive and meticulously maintained. Mia and Ranzel were outstanding hosts, assisting us with anything we needed. For example, when we needed a flashlight at night to search for owls we could hear around us, they were quick to help. Dayanna also responded almost immediately to any questions we had over WhatsApp, making everything so convenient. The cabin was spotless and came with a fully equipped kitchenette, making it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was another highlight—not only was the food delicious, but the dining area itself was lovely and inviting. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

It offers not only beautiful surroundings and well-cooked, well-thought-out food, but also a treasure trove of knowledge about Costa Rican wildlife. One of those rare places you'll never forget.

They have bird friendly plants all over the large property. There is even a banana plantation to grow bananas for the birds. I think it has been there five or six years and it is in the growing stage to become one of the top lodges for birding in Costa Rica. Fantastic staff, food is excellent. Be prepared to buzzed by hummingbirds all day :)

The room is very well set up, Ana and Luis are very friendly, will attend to anything you need and love to chat about their part of the world. I had such a nice time and enjoyed some of the local walks and things to do around Pejibaye. The pool was a highlight, as well as Ana's excellent food and conversation.

Hiking trails with lots of birds starting right in front of the house. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
