Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy walking tours nearby, or make the most of the garden. We had such a lovely stay at Baliyana lodge. This place is a gem and Nathalie and Yannick are wonderful and helpful hosts. The accommodations are serene and beautiful, nestled in a quiet location surrounded by the jungle and the sounds of playful monkeys. At night, you can see all the stars in the galaxy from the stunning infinity pool and the garden grounds. The drive to get there can be a bit off-putting at first but you will quickly get used to it (maybe don't plan your first arrival for night and reserve an SUV). The WI-FI is weak and there are no TVs in sight, so plan to sign off completely and be intentionally and mindfully in the moment. You won't regret it. This is honestly the best place to do that, with a lovely and delicious curated breakfast in the morning. The lodge may seem remote but there are beautiful beaches and a few delicious restaurants a short drive away - Playa Avellanas and Il Rustico were our favourite. Tamarindo is a very doable 20 minute drive away. Do not hesitate to book this as your Costa Rican Pacific beach accommodations.

The place itself is a few minutes walk from nightlife but far enough for the peace and quiet. The staff were really friendly and excited to help. Out of my 7 day stay in Costa Rica, this was the most relaxing.

Quiet,yet close to Tamarindo and the surrounding beaches- 10-14 min by car. Great breakfast- enjoyed the French crepes every morning, eggs, delicious coffee, homemade yogurt, fresh fruits, gallo pinto, almond cake and more. Nice pool, very refreshing for the hot weather.

A car rental service is available at the bed and breakfast. Great hosts, welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and right by the pool which was great to have. Lovely breakfast each morning. Great setting and very tranquil. Close to Tammarindo and other beaches where you can surf.

Guests at the bed and breakfast can make the most of yoga classes offered in-house. Sightseeing tours are available in the surrounding area. Guests at Casa Donna Rosa B&B can enjoy cycling nearby, or make the most of the garden. We could not have asked for more. Carlos, our host, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing, the place was clean, quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, near facilities and we could park our motorcycles in a sheltered parking spot. Definitely strongly recommended.

Rooms are complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, while some rooms come with a terrace. At Pura Vista Hotel, the rooms include a seating area. It has a wonderful view and the facilities were very comfortable. Mark is a friendly, accessible and amazing host. He also has wonderful recommendations.

At the bed and breakfast, each unit includes a private bathroom. - very nice and clean property, close to the beach - extraordinary breakfast (Emmanuel prepared every morning a different VERY TASTY breakfast with local ingredients) - peaceful surrounding with animals (cows, horses, sometimes even raccoons :-) - very attentive staff, great host
