Located within a few steps of Negra and 25 km of Jaguar Rescue Center, Casa Caribbean Coconut provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cahuita. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant was also excellent but not open all the time. Pool was a nice area to chill. Beach only steps away.

Set in beautiful forest gardens, a lovely chalet, very spacious bedroom and large bathroom. The accommodation was very comfortable and peaceful at night, we slept very well. There are plenty of birds to see. The hosts are welcoming and very friendly.

Julien and Marian always available and helpful with local knowledge and advice. Arranged guided kayak and jungle trip which were brilliant. The garden is beautiful and tranquil full of colours, birds and wildlife. The sounds of nature were very relaxing and gave a great night's sleep. A truly memorable and special time. Thank you x

Boasting a garden, restaurant and views of river, Cabañas Daneysha is situated in Tortuguero, a few steps from Tortuguero Beach. The hosts are very nice. It is located from a 10-minute boat ride to the center of Tortugero, but they are also arranging the transfers thereto. We went to a morning boat tour with the host in Tortugero National Park and it was the best experience - he is very knowledgable, and have very good eyes to spot even the smallest animals.

Situated in Puerto Viejo and only less than 1 km from Negra Beach, Kalawala features accommodation with city views, free WiFi and free private parking. A very comfy place. Really close to the center of Puerto Viejo. Those who assisted me were extremely friendly and helped me with everything.

The swimming pool was nice and refreshing. The host was lovely and informative. The rooms were clean. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

Set in Guápiles in the Limon region, Centro Ananda has a garden. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The host, Klaus, he is amazing. He will make sure you are having a great experience. He is also a good conversation. The breakfast was great too, plenty of it. The tent is small but comfy. The place itself is also beautiful. Spent two nights, would visit again.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, La Paz del Caribe Adults Only is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Puerto Viejo, 500 metres from Cocles Beach. We really liked the bungalow, we were fascinated by the sounds of the jungle during the night and early in the morning. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. The room is spacious, very clean and well ventilated. Although I had emotions about the lack of air conditioning, I didn't have any problems - the circulating air system is excellent. Wonderful location, very friendly hosts and beautiful cats :). And a lot of restaurants nearby.
