This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. Very nice room with small kitchenette. Perfect starting point for hiking in rocky areas around. Excellent breakfasts.

Eisenbahnwelten ligger i Kurort Rathen i Sachsen og har en hage. Her bor du 10 kilometer fra Königstein festning og 24 kilometer fra Pillnitz slott og slottspark. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk in one direction from the train station with its excellent rail service and a few steps to the ferry giving access to the main village of Unterrathen with the Bastei and walks in the Saxon Switzerland region immediately facing the house. Use of both rail travel and ferry are free with the guest card provided. The buffet breakfast was superb and could not have been better. But what made the stay totally unique was the amazing view from the room window of the river and village together with the huge open-air model railway complex surrounding the house. The staff were consistently friendly and obliging.

Location is superb. Important that guests read carefully the instructions how to get to the facility. It is in a nature park and needs permission to drive there. Do not rely on Google map as it sends you the wrong way.

I Struppen-Siedlung, 3,2 kilometer fra Königstein festning, ligger Pension Kleiner König, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering og en terrasse. Everything was great! The vicinity of Pension Kleiner König is beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, we enjoyed a great and varied breakfast. The host was friendly, hospitable, and charming. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

I Pirna, 8,5 kilometer fra Pillnitz slott og slottspark, ligger Pension Donatus, som har gratis WiFi, concierge og ekspress-innsjekking og -utsjekking. A lovely hotel in beautifully renovated building. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal; right in the heart of Pirna old town within a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and bars. We would recommend and are very much looking forward to staying here again at the end the Malerweg.

I Hinterhermsdorf, 28 kilometer fra Königstein festning, ligger FH Am Osterbrunnen, som har en fellesstue, gratis privat parkering, en terrasse og grillutstyr. The house was cozy and traditional, all in wood, nonetheless with the comforts and equipment of a modern flat (every utensil we could need was already available). The hosts are very helpful and kind :) We loved our stay, thank you!

Gasthaus & Pension Zirkelstein ligger i Schöna, med Königstein festning bare 16 kilometer unna. Overnattingsstedet har en turskranke, allergikervennlige rom, en terrasse, gratis WiFi og en restaurant.... The master is so kind and warm. Location is so good to enjoy.
