Espacious room and nice desk an confortable chair to work with my laptop. Electric blinds. Very quite place. Located in a very quite area only 10 minutes walking to the historic town. I easily found parking place near to the place.The recepcionist very kind and provided excellent advice on places to visit. She was prowd of her heritage and promoted her town very well. Breakfast was good, standard buffett served by the staff in a very clean area. The best qulity/price ratio within this area.

My only complaint would be they set the bar too high! I stayed here on my second night of this trip and have been thinking of it every day since. The dinner was a spectacular bargain, 11 euro for a bottle of wine, appetizer (I think I had soup), main (there was a choice of beef cheek or pork cutlet with potatoes--to be honest I which I'd gotten the beef but the pork was also good, and dessert--i had basque cheesecake. Breakfast was also a great bargain with eggs, ham, bread, coffee and a piece of cake for 5 euro. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view and was a good temperature.

Jednohvězdičkový Hostal Doña Juana se nachází v Avile, necelý 1 km od radnice a 14 minut chůze od okresní rady Avila. Everything. Clean in all areas, lovely staff, great location. The bottle of water and sweets are a nice touch in the room. Bathroom supplies with shampoo, shower gel and soap. Staff recommended where to eat. I left my overnight bag to collect after I checked out and they don’t charge for it.
