The room.....ohhhhhh AMAZING😍...the place is soooo quiet, except for the feeeeeew passing vehicles, the humming sound of the river, and the chirping birds. The view is breathtaking. The bathroom was the surprise of it all 😁 10/10. Breakfast 10/10. Well done and keep it up😊

Located in Iona, Isle of Mull region, Martyrs Bay Rooms is situated 600 metres from Iona Abbey. Martyrs Bay Rooms is located very close to the Iona Ferry terminal, maybe two minutes walk. Excellent central location - just a 5 minute walk from the Abbey. Our room was spotless clean and quiet. However, the true highlight was the host Sandra herself - a genuinely kind and caring host (not "business" friendly as most are). And the breakfast, which was the best we saw in Scotland - with fresh fruit, the best scones ever and everything I could want.
