First time staying in Edinbrugh, had my friend showing me around the place and we found this guest house by chance. First off all the couple who runs the place are so lovely and attentive to customers. Very clean and breakfast included brought to your room. We did have a little gas leak incident but it was quickly fixed in a matter of hours, keeping us very informed on the situation which we very much appreciated! It is on the quieter side of you like it quiet and not in the city, perfect place to stay!

Situated in Edinburgh, the recently renovated 4 Friends House features accommodation 1.3 km from Royal Yacht Britannia and 3.1 km from Edinburgh Waverley station. Lovely spacious room, super comfy bed, great shower and wonderful hosts!!

Would definitely stay here again!♥️

Amazing host, so friendly and always available. She gave us some amazing tips, not only for Edinburgh but also for the highlands, where we went next. The accommodation is really beautiful with nice decor and stylish. The room is absolutely amazing and really cozy! Overall we had a really nice stay and would recommend it!

Ollie was super welcoming and I felt comfortable from the first moment. The rooms and beds are big enough and have a homely feel to them. The breakfast is insanely good. Would recommend everything but definitely try the porridge with whisky, honey and cream. I'll definitely be back whenever I visit Edinburgh. Location is near the tram as well.

We have been traveling quite a bit through the UK right now, this has been the most amazing place we have stayed so far.

The wonderful and helpful hosts have thought of everything a guest might need. The guesthouse is very close to the coast where people like to walk. Edinburgh city centre is within easy reach by bus. Highly recommended.
