I reserved gesthouse rooms with shared bathroom (because no other room left) and I had my doubts. But the reality exceeded my expectations. Small but cozy room, comfortable bad, linens, towels like in 5* hotel, bath rooms are like 5*hotel too. In addition, you have a shared kitchen. Instead, we tryed the hotel restaurant and enjoyed it very much. The spa is superb!!! Don't miss it! We had a discount for spa about 17%. Sea view was wonderful, like TV with wild sea life podcast just outside your windows. Lots of seabirds! Puffings lookout just 5 min drive away.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Hallormsstaður, Mjóanes accommodation is a guest house surrounded by views of the lake. Downstairs of a lovely house. Loved the decoration and the hospitality and bread of Elsa. Bed was comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again. They had a microwave oven and a fully equipped kitchen 😍

Situated in Stóra-Sandfell in the East Iceland region, Litla-Sandfell Guesthouse features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Brynja was really welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast with homemade bread. etc. Modern bathroom facilities and all the facilities were clean.

Very nice, comfortable room with bathroom. Everything was clean. The host was very friendly and prepared my room much earlier than general check-in time, which was very appreciated since the weather was terrible that day.
