The room is cozy and well designed with nice big windows and a shared terrace, breakfast is great and filling (she even asked me what kind of food I prefer) and there's a shared fridge, location is good - about 15-20 minutes walk to the main attractions and museums, but it's on a main street you can find everything you need in.
